Just a reminder to Nacho Team Members. The Spin the Lakes bike tour in Muskoka is on June 1st. You have to register by May 18th to get the cheaper rate, and a shirt (which is the only reason we do these things right?).

Just wanted to get an idea of what distance everyone is planning on doing. I know several people are planning on going. Pete told me this morning that he was doing the 170k. I think chris doing the 105k which sounds like what I would do also, I may be pursuaded into the 170k if there is alot of intrest from the nacho team.
I'm doing the 105km. I'm in no way ready to tackle 170km. I checked the website looks like there are a few Parry Sounders signed up for the 100km.
I will probably do the 105 km course as well. My legs might not forgive me 1 week after Ottawa if I did the 170km.
