Hey Chris I'm working in Parry Sound all day today. I'd be up for that 14k with you. I did 15 on Monday so I might slow it down a bit. I can help you choose your tattoo too. Call me at work/when would we get started! (Let's make sure if we run past Tim's house that we do so quietly. Nevermind, he'll likely be eating.

Anyway, Les Beach Ape and myself are meeting at Uncle Dave's at
4pm for a run. Hopefully you can make it. As far as pace, don't worry, Tim will keep us at a comfortable pace.
