I've been pitched to for a while about how great these time trials are from a certain head blogger.
I guess to get him off my back I should at least find out what time it starts so If I show up I wont miss my time slot.
So what is the deal and when does it start?

6-6:30 pm warm-up (if your keen).
The bike time trials start at 6:30 and the run time trial starts at about 7:30 pm
