I'm entered in this race as a relay with Celeste, and was interested in who else is gunna be at this race this sunday??
I'll be doing the run as Celeste is an animal in the water and a Rocket on the bike. I'm just lucky she thinks I can hold my own on the run :-)
Any suggestions for a newbie to the running racing scene?

Run as fast as you can!
Chris is a meathead. There are no pace bunnies in a tri. Marty's right leave it all on the road. Run like you've never run before and hang around fro the draw prizes you ming get that HR monitor you need.

Tim's right the HSBC series has pretty good prizes so stick around after the race. I won some nice Adidas sun glasses as a draw prize at Bala.

I wasn't referring to OFFICIAL pace bunnies. I was referring to fellow contestants with nice "running form". Like you'd know, it's been 10 years since you've been in a race hasn't it?
