Thank you to everyone for your cheers from Bala. It was certainly fun to win one but it was a lot more fun with all of the Nacho's there in attendance and also participating in the race (Lynsey, Marty, Charlene, Saila, Megan, Christopher, Peter). Congrats to Marty especially for completing his first ever Tri!
This coming Wednesday, starting at 7PM I am putting on a bike clinic to school all in attendance on the basics of your bike including:
- the basics of good mechanics
- installing your wheels properly
- inspecting and cleaning your bike
- changing a flat tire properly
- making basic gear adjustments
- the basics of your cable systems
topics won't neccessarily be presented in that order.
Food and refreshments may be availble.
The cost is $15 per person.

The clinic will be help outdoors @ Trysport so weather permitting is in effect. The rain date will be the following Wednesday.
