Week 3 push up challenge

Just completed the third week, third level of the 100 push up plan. OMG that was hard. Barley eeeked out the last rep on set five. I then did 5 more on my knees before my arms gave out. Onward I go. I will start week four on Monday.

How is everybody else coming along??

I recently got back on track, although the snow shovelling is proving to add some pain to the workouts. I finally finished week 1 after restarting. Seems to be going well.
